16 Οκτ 2024 · The Green 2024 Recycling Calendar issued by Rumpke at the beginning of the year contained inaccurate collection dates for the months of October, November and December. Please note that your next recycling collection day is Tuesday, Oct. 22. Recycling will then be collected every-other-week on Nov. 5 and 19 as well as Dec. 3, 17 and 31.
BUTLER TOWNSHIP TRASH & RECYCLING Please place trash and recycling curbside (no more than 10 ft. from the road) before 6 a.m. on your collection day. All trash should be contained in bags and trash cans not exceeding 60 pounds. Rumpke trash carts are available for $3 monthly. Low volume yard waste is collected with trash.
Please call Rumpke in advance to schedule bulk item collection. Rumpke will pick up one bulk item per week. More than half of your trash can be recycled! Your recycling is collected on the days highlighted in RED on the calendar to the right. See the reverse side of this postcard to review a list of acceptable recyclables. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
You must schedule the pickup by the Monday prior to the Wednesday pickup to be included by emailing recycling@butlerborough.com or by calling 973-838-7200 (ext. 237). Email is the preferred method of contact.
