10 Απρ 2024 · One good option is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB, a membership-based nonprofit organization, helps consumers settle disputes related to sales, contracts, customer service, warranties, billings, and refunds.
To check a company’s reputation and reliability with the Better Business Bureau, you can use the organization’s website, BBB.org or call a regional office near you. To find a regional office, all you need to do is input your city at bbb.org/bbb-directory and a local BBB office and phone number will pop up.

The BBB will intervene on your behalf and try to resolve your complaint. A business’s rating is partially determined by its record of responding to and resolving complaints.
