Great American Beer Fest Gold Medal Winner! A Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen brewed with a blend of sweet wheat and pale malts, packed with banana and clove aromatics, and finishing with zesty wheat beer yeast.
Today, our Brew Master oversees the brewing of our four year-round bier varieties, plus all of our seasonal specialties such as our Oktoberfest, Maibock, Pilsner and Dunkel Weizen. Our biers are crafted strictly according to the German Purity Law “Reinheitsgebot” using only hops, malt and water.
The Hofbrauhaus (HBH) offers traditional German cuisine and beer with a Bavarian ambience. Pretzels, spaetzle, red cabbage, Schnitzel, potato pancakesm brat, bier and matt wurst are featured. I love their big cream puffs, as well.
