Steps to submit Final Grades using AIM . Pop up blocker must be disabled in order for this site to work. Go to grades.byu.edu. Click on "Submit Grades." Select the roll for the class you need. A window will pop up that allows you to enter the grades for that class. (If this does not work, allow pop ups.)
Students can find their final grades by: Go to my.byu.edu. Expand School in the Campus Links section. Click on AIM. Click on Grades. Grades for all semesters are displayed here. This includes AP/Concurrent enrollment credit from high school.
We encourage you to get grades in early and to double-check the status of your grade submission prior to the deadline. Grade Submission for the Current Semester. You can access your AIM grade rolls for the current semester from the last day of class until the grade submission deadline for the semester by following these steps:
University employees requiring access to student records for job responsibilities can request access to AIM. Employees may initiate and follow a request, complete FERPA Training, and submit a FERPA Compliance Agreement at aimaccess.byu.edu.
11 Δεκ 2001 · To find out what grade rule a class is using, you'll need to type in CRS1 into the Quick URL bar in AIM. From there, you will need to input the teaching area and number of the course (e.g. CHEM 331, etc.). The field labelled Grade Rule will indicate which grade rule is currently set in AIM for that course. An example screenshot is seen below:
