  1. Students can find their final grades by: Go to my.byu.edu. Expand School in the Campus Links section. Click on AIM. Click on Grades. Grades for all semesters are displayed here. This includes AP/Concurrent enrollment credit from high school.

  2. Steps to submit Final Grades using AIM . Pop up blocker must be disabled in order for this site to work. Go to grades.byu.edu. Click on "Submit Grades." Select the roll for the class you need. A window will pop up that allows you to enter the grades for that class. (If this does not work, allow pop ups.)

  3. Your academic record contains confidential information. Remember to logout after using AIM. For more information on the confidentiality of student records, see our Confidentiality Policy in the University Catalog.

  4. You can access your AIM grade rolls for the current semester from the last day of class until the grade submission deadline for the semester by following these steps: Click the “Submit Grades” button above.

  5. Submitting Final Grades. Final Grades in BYU Grades is the simplest way to submit your grades to AIM. However, you can still use BYU Grades to submit grades if you calculated them another way. You can export grades from Learning Suite and import them after making adjustments.

  6. View your Grade Rolls, Class Rolls, Incomplete Contracts, Petition Requests, etc. all in one place. Grade rolls for fall semester are due Friday, December 27, 2024, at 12pm. Grade changes can be made online after that.

  7. You can see your GPA on your Record Summary or in MyMAP . BYU GPA – Calculated from coursework completed at BYU. Total GPA – Calculated from coursework completed at BYU plus transfer work accepted by BYU. The online GPA calculator pulls in your current grades.
