Contact e-Programs staff. Electronic funds transfer (EFT) allows banks and corporations to transfer money from their bank account to us. Banks and corporations must use EFT if either: Estimated tax payment or extension payment is over $20,000. Total tax liability due is over $80,000.
Online – To make a payment online, you can go directly to First Data's website; Telephone – To make a payment by telephone, call 1-800-554-7500 and follow the prompts to make a payment for your CDTFA account. For payments made through First Data, please note the following:

23 Μαρ 2023 · The Third Party Liability and Recovery Division (TPLRD) accepts online payment from your checking or savings account through the secured Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which provides a faster and easier method to submit payments to TPLRD.
EFT supports a diverse range of transactions, including direct deposits of salaries, pensions, and benefits; vendor payments for goods and services; and transfers between personal accounts. This flexibility accommodates various financial needs and scenarios.
