6 Ιουν 2014 · Cable charts may either show every row or round, or show only right side rows, with instructions for ‘keeping in pattern’ given for the WS rows (typically you would knit the knits, and purl the purls).
Like many things in knitting, there’s more than one way to chart a cable. I’ll give you my preferred way and 2 additional ways below, but I’m sure there are others. As always, the Chart Key is your friend. A Sample Cable Chart
