EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS: SETUP: Set a cable to a low angle and stand slightly behind the station. Hold a D-handle or the cable itself. LIFT: Raise your elbow out to the side until it is slightly higher than your shoulder. TIP: Notice my spare hand? I use it to hold the cable station because this lets me lean.
