21 Οκτ 2024 · Many Navy, Marine, and Air Force Mac users are having issues accessing their email via OWA and a few other CAC specific websites once getting a new CAC (or when migrated to O365). So I’m in the military and I have a personal CAC reader with my dell laptop. The past couple of years I’ve had no problem (windows 10) with my certificates populating and accessing government sites. Now when I plug in my card, nothing shows up. Internet options>Content>Certificates...then nothing.
I have gotten my Asus Chromebook to recognize my CAC, and the test was successful with my pin. HOWEVER- when I attempt to login to ACT with my CAC, instead of the temporary password I had to set up today, my CAC or card reader are not recognized.
22 Ιαν 2024 · To install a driver onto your computer for a CAC reader, you need to first download the correct driver for the hardware you purchased, I have drivers for the most common USB Readers, Keyboard, laptop, & desktop card readers
6 Νοε 2019 · My CAC card reader was working fine until this last update to Windows 10. The issue is that whatever update to USB use was made, broke the USB port to identify that a CAC Card reader is plugged in.
