21 Οκτ 2024 · Many Navy, Marine, and Air Force Mac users are having issues accessing their email via OWA and a few other CAC specific websites once getting a new CAC (or when migrated to O365). I have not found a fix for Chrome OS users. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM FOR Chrome SUPPORT ONLY AFTER following the steps / ideas above.

6 Νοε 2019 · My CAC card reader was working fine until this last update to Windows 10. The issue is that whatever update to USB use was made, broke the USB port to identify that a CAC Card reader is plugged in.
I have gotten my Asus Chromebook to recognize my CAC, and the test was successful with my pin. HOWEVER- when I attempt to login to ACT with my CAC, instead of the temporary password I had to set up today, my CAC or card reader are not recognized.
