Inspired by the great boulevard cafés of Paris, Colbert is an informal neighbourhood rendezvous on Sloane Square in affluent Chelsea, which opened in 2012. Open from breakfast until late seven days a week, It offers a classic Parisian all-day café menu and on warmer days customers can enjoy one of the restaurants’ outside tables.
