Welcome to the California Immunization Registry, CAIR ! If you are an authorized user, please login using your unique combination of Organization Code, Username, and Password. If you are a new user, please visit the training tab above to access training options.
If you request either ‘Power’ or ‘Regular’ roles for your staff, they will need to attend training. However, the only user role most DX sites need is the ‘DX Quality Assurance’ (DX QA) user role (see CAIR2 User Roles ) which does not require formal training.

The California Immunization Registry (CAIR2) is a secure web-based system available to health care providers including local health departments, community clinics, private medical offices and hospitals as well as other approved agencies such as schools, child care facilities and foster care.
The California Immunization Registry system is known as CAIR, and is comprised of a centralized registry called CAIR2 that is managed by the California Department of Public Health. Two independent regional registries, one in San Diego county and one in the Central Valley (Healthy Futures), also operate within the CAIR system
