(FIS), which manages the electronic benefits transfer system for the California Department of Social Services, has released a mobile app through which cardholders can: Biometrics like Touch ID or Facial Recognition to login. To manage your CalFresh and/or CalWORKs benefits, log into the ebtEDGE web-based portal or download the free ebtEDGE mobile app available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. ebtEDGE features include: Reset PIN ; View last 365 days of transactions ; Order EBT card replacements ; Freeze card and Unfreeze card functionality
To set or change your PIN, the easiest way is to call the toll-free customer service telephone number printed on the back of your EBT card at (877) 328-9677 to select a PIN over the telephone. You can also change your PIN at your county’s public assistance office.
