Meet the Property Appraiser. Carla Trickey Peacock was born and raised in Calhoun County, graduated from Blountstown High School and attended Chipola Junior College. Carla obtained her real estate license in 2002 and practiced real estate for many years before being elected in 2016 as Calhoun County’s first female Property Appraiser.
