Multiple-Choice Questions and Answers. The First-Year Law Students’ Examination multiple-choice questions (MCQs) presented on this page were originally released in 1984. It is important to acknowledge that it is no longer the standard practice of the State Bar to publish additional MCQs.
I am wondering when will the CA BAR release the selected answers for the Feb 2021 Essay and PT questions? I think that is the best way to know where and what I did wrong.
On February 26, 2021, the California Supreme Court directed the State Bar to administer the California Bar Examination online on July 27−28, 2021. These FAQs are a living document. They are subject to revision and will be supplemented and updated as needed. Please also refer to these key dates and deadlines leading up to exam day.
These are on the CA bar website with model answers for free. Don’t waste your time doing MPTs as MPTs are actually harder and more complex than the CA version. There’s about 9 of them released, so maybe aim to do 2 per week on Saturdays and sundays.
Remote Exam Dates & Jurisdictions. The July 2021 bar exam will be held by most jurisdictions on July 27-28, 2021. To date, 30+ jurisdictions have a selected to administer the July 2021 bar exam remotely… and we expect more jurisdictions to follow suit.
