The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program provides greatly needed rent relief to California landlords and renters who have faced financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The program dashboard below gives a snapshot view of the program’s progress to date.
11 Ιουν 2021 · California’s rent relief program, called Housing Is Key, was established by state lawmakers in January when they passed Senate Bill 91, which also extended the statewide eviction moratorium through June 30.
The California Mortgage Relief Program has provided hundreds of millions of dollars in critical assistance to thousands of California homeowners struggling with financial hardships.
As our state continues to recover, we are committed to keeping families housed and recognize that California renters and landlords have enough to worry about. We want to make sure that past due rent isn’t one of them.
The program is designed for eligible homeowners who have faced a pandemic-related hardship to get caught up on their housing payments. For program updates, visit CaMortgageRelief.org.
