28 Οκτ 2024 · Re: New to Digital Voice- Caller ID not working I'm intrigued that an engineer had to visit to convert you to digital voice. This normally isn't necessary - BT send you a SH2 in the post, you plug it into the mains and to your copper phone line and then plug your phone into the socket on the hub.
22 Ιαν 2024 · Caller Display worked for a while after I started using Digital Voice on 19th Dec last year but over the last couple of weeks I now mostly see just " Incoming Call" when receiving calls on my BT4500 handset (via the DV adapter). I've checked to see that I am still subscribed to the Caller Display service so I can't understand why it's not working.

18 Ιουλ 2023 · All our customers have the traditional telephone wall socket where the caller ID device ( like CTI Comet USB is a Caller ID) is connected to it and this caller Id it connected to the EPOS computer to show the caller phone number. Recently many shops switched to the Cloud telephone from BT and the traditional wall socket it no longer is used.
6 Οκτ 2021 · Just been moved over to digital voice. Caller ID working perfectly before, since moving over just ‘incoming call’ is displayed. been back and forth with talking to bt. Keep being told fault fixed, it isn’t. New digital phone sent to see if that solves it, it didn’t. Switched caller ID on and off on my account, that didn’t work.
12 Νοε 2024 · Just thought the above may be useful, as I couldn't sort any of it out initially. Went on line to be told to erase and re enter all phone contacts to make CALLER ID work. No that didn't work. You need to phone BT and they will sort it quickly. The ringer on upstairs phone not working but online you'll see to add a filter.
