Submit required application documents. If you are admitted to Ohio State and choose to enroll, you must submit required financial documents and your passport photo page to obtain proper visa documents. Using the Admissions Uploader is the easiest way to submit the required documents.

You are an international student if you are NOT a U.S. citizen or immigrant (this includes permanent residents, refugees and people who have been granted asylum). You are a freshman if you have never enrolled at a college or university after graduating from high school.
Through our International Students and Scholars unit, the Office of International Affairs provides advising and assistance with immigration regulations and paperwork.
You must be registered with Disability Services in order to request accommodations. Login to AIM to generate your Course Accessibility Letters. You and your instructors will receive your letters via OSU email. Consult with your instructors about how your accommodations will be implemented.
The Accommodation Service's office at Kellet Lodge in Tennis Court Road, Cambridge is open to visitors. You are welcome to visit or to email our office. The satellite Eddington office is closed to visitors but our staff are still working normal hours - from 9am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
