The Accommodation Service exists to help all members of Cambridge University, from students and academics to staff and visiting scholars, to find suitable accommodation. It can advise on rents, letting arrangements and tenancy agreements, as well as information on schools, banking, medical practices and other local facilities.
The University of Cambridge has a dedicated Accommodation Service who can help locate both short term and medium to long term accommodation and can provide you with support and assistance in finding accommodation to suit your needs.
If you need short-term accommodation in Cambridge, there are many hotels and bed and breakfasts (B&B) in the city and surrounding area. The University's Accommodation Service can provide you with a list of temporary accommodation options.
University accommodation. It is necessary to be a member of the University or an affiliated organisation in order to apply for University-owned accommodation. If eligible, you will have the opportunity to join the waiting list once your initial registration with our Service has been approved.
The Accommodation Service can: help students find somewhere to live in University-owned or privately-owned housing; help families to relocate from across the world; provide information on living in Cambridge; assist with school information and applications; provide details about local facilities, sports and libraries
