  2. The Accommodation Service exists to help all members of Cambridge University, from students and academics to staff and visiting scholars, to find suitable accommodation. It can advise on rents, letting arrangements and tenancy agreements, as well as information on schools, banking, medical practices and other local facilities.

  3. 1. Who manages the properties at Eddington? All University-owned properties at Eddington ae mlet and managed by University Housing Services/The Accommodation Service . Estate management is undertaken by Portal Estate Management. The Accommodation Service Site Office is at 25 Eddington Avenue, Cambridge, CB3 1SE.
