21 Οκτ 2024 · To schedule the Indiana real estate exam, all aspiring candidates must first successfully complete the Commission-approved 90-hour pre-license course. After meeting this requirement, you can register for your exam. The fastest way to do this is by visiting the PSI website. You’ll be asked to create an account if you're a new user.

Candidates taking a computer-based examination through Pearson VUE will be required to submit a valid email address, telephone number, and payment at the time the examination is scheduled.

Complete a system test and exam simulation before exam day. Find a private, distraction-free area to take your exam. Make sure your personal identification meets requirements. STEP 1. Do any last-minute prep. Be sure your computer and internet pass the pre-exam system test. Clear your desk/workspace of prohibited items and prep your equipment.
To register for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker Exam, you must first submit a License Application to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and complete Electronic Fingerprinting for a criminal background check.
