27 Ιουν 2024 · Step 1: Open an internet browser and go to any system that uses MFA such as Outlook and log in using your ACU details (e.g. Username@acu.edu.au). Step 2: On the 'Enter password' page click Forgot my password .
To reset your password, submit your username or your email address below. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to get access again.

If you have already lost access to your old device or phone number, you'll have to contact AskACU to get access to your account with a Temporary Access Pass, then you will be able to follow the steps below. Step 1: Go to aka.ms/mfasetup in the browser. Step 2: Log in using your university details (e.g. StudentID@myacu.edu.au) and password.

If you don't remember your ACU Single-Sign On (SSO) password, you can use the "Can't access your account?" link on the login page by navigating to my.acu.edu. If you are not able to use that link, please contact the IT Support Center at 325-674-5555.
