27 Ιουν 2024 · Step 1: Open an internet browser and go to any system that uses MFA such as Outlook and log in using your ACU details (e.g. Username@acu.edu.au). Step 2: On the 'Enter password' page click Forgot my password. Step 3: Re-enter email (if required) then pass the Captcha and click Next.
To reset your password, submit your username or your email address below. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to get access again.
26 Ιουλ 2023 · Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) allows staff to reset their own ACU passwords. SSPR uses two multi-factor authentication methods to verify your identity before allowing you to reset your own password, without requiring assistance from Service Central.
