It appears to download the PDF file for several times but could not be open and even the load part of the file are not appearing. It only appears to be blank on the page of the Microsoft Edge. Hoping someone could help this matter. Thanks!

(This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies.
