Check the status of your application regularly and monitor your progress. Make sure documents you believe were submitted on your behalf have been received by NNAS. Focus on the province where you plan to live and work.
The main steps in the registration process include: Agree to the online Consent Request. Complete the Application Form. Collect the required documents, including documents confirming your identity and your education. Complete the online payment for the application process. Print the required secondary forms.
You will be able to monitor the status of your application through the application portal. This allows you to see when documents are received by NNAS as well as the status of their review. When your Advisory Report is complete, you will receive an email telling you it is available.
BCCNM assesses most internationally educated applicants to BCCNM for registered nurse and licensed practical nurse registration at the same time through one application. Applicants also have the option of applying as a health care assistant through the Health Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry .

Beginning Your Application. The registration process begins when you open an account with the National Nursing Assessment Service (NNAS). NNAS is the national body that starts collecting documents and assessing internationally educated nurses applying to become RNs and RPNs in Ontario.
