NOTE: If you are licensed in another state, you may potentially obtain a Utah license either through reciprocity or by qualifying for an education waiver. Utah currently has reciprocity agreements with Georgia, Mississippi, and Alberta, Canada.
Active On-Time Renewal of a Sales Agent/Broker License. RELMS will no longer be used for Renewals. Please read through and use the instructions found below. The renewal period is 45 days before the last day of the month in which the license expires.
A licensee cannot simultaneously inactivate and renew their license. Inactivation of an individual's license can take ten days or more to complete. The following information will be needed for renewal: License number, social security number, driver's license number, and debit or credit card.
