In the help page, under Getting help click on Contact Customer Support. Select a Product, Problem type and Category.

27 Νοε 2023 · To cancel your subscription to Microsoft 365, follow this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing which brings you to the Manage Subscription page. Login with your credentials and select Cancel Subscription.
From any device, go to your Microsoft account, Installs page and sign in using your Microsoft account, if prompted. Under Devices, select Sign out of Office next to the device.
