Even though our flight was an hour late, and through all those waiting for other arrivals, my husband had no problem spotting our name on their sign.
Both times, the Lomas drivers were exactly on time, quick, the drivers were friendly, masked, drove safely, there was free WiFi available &, at the airport in Cancun, there was a full staff of Lomas reps who met the van & walked us into the airport (we didn't need their help, but they were nice folks, &, of course, we tipped them).

Traveling back from Lima to Toronto. Paied 15 euros for changing terminals (3 min. trip), after I asked why it was so expensive I got this response:"do not come back to Cancun, it is for rich people". No free water, no carts for bags.
