Gold bars are usually not lost if you do not purchase something through them. However, if you feel they have been lost without your use, you should contact our Player Support. Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
13 Δεκ 2023 · If not, please try these steps --> log out of the game -- close the App -- disconnect Wi-Fi -- turn off your device -- turn it back on after 10-15 minutes -- turn on the WiFi -- log back into the game again -- see if the Gold bars are back.

On a lot of candy crush videos, I see people have like hundreds of boosters and gold bars. But how can I achieve that? And is it possible without making purchases ?
I accidentally clicked the 6 hour unlimited lives and lost 69 gold bars. I got in touch with support and they said that I haven’t spent 69 gold bars, rather, I spent 10 gold bars 7 times today?? This is not true. Is there any hope of getting my gold back?
Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game. If the Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened.
