16 Ιουλ 2023 · I've been trying for months to delete an empty Yahoo mail folder in the Windows Mail app. When I click on the folder, it shows that it is empty. However, when I click Delete, a message pops up that the folder can't be deleted because it's not empty.

28 Ιουν 2018 · Logout from all devices where you may be logged on to Yahoo mail. Use an alternate web browser to reach the same destination. That destination being https://www.mail.yahoo.com If the problem persists across browsers, check your settings for Yahoo Mail. You may have changed the Preferences.
31 Δεκ 2022 · If you cannot delete it via the web browser, that's an issue directly with Yahoo and you would want to work with their support. If you are trying to delete a folder in your Windows Mail app or Outlook, then see if you can delete it directly at the source first, which is the web version.
