6 Νοε 2019 · I can't get "Settings" to open. It opens for about two seconds but then it closes. This started when I allowed the unit to "Upgrade" to iOS 13.1.3 on my iPad II Air (A1566). Ever since that time, it won't allow me to open "Settings".

Temporarily toggle all restrictions off and then check if iCloud is available. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
