I'd look at getting better lenses and keeping the t3i, but I feel it would be a better investment to get a full frame like the 6d + better lenses. Luckily, I can afford to get a new body and somewhat like new toys :).
However, unfortunately neither lens you have will work on the 6D. This is because those lenses are intended for crop sensor whereas the 6D as you probably already know is full frame. As a result of the upgrade, you may find it will be more expensive than just getting the body due to needing new glass.

You can use your existing EF lenses and get 26MP from the RP, but you were to consider the kit lenses designed for a crop-sensor body then there will be a reduction in MP recorded by a factor of about 2.5. This will reduce your output on those lenses from 26MP to about 10MP.
