However, unfortunately neither lens you have will work on the 6D. This is because those lenses are intended for crop sensor whereas the 6D as you probably already know is full frame. As a result of the upgrade, you may find it will be more expensive than just getting the body due to needing new glass.
The lenses you own (18-55 forsure, 55-200 I'm not 100% sure) are ef-s lenses which only fit on a crop camera. a full frame takes only ef lenses. You might wanna reinvestigate your options when you do t want to buy new glass at this moment. A 60D or 70D is also solid option to upgrade to. Or if you have some more money a 7D.
