If you're a teacher, student, or parent using a free (non-school-associated) Canvas account, log in here. Make sure that your free account is for canvas.instructure.com or k12.instructure.com.
Students. Students can quickly access Canvas on the web. Use the same login credentials that you use for your school device (if not using an Rockwood-issued device). Students can also access Canvas via the Canvas Student app on Google Play or the Apple App Store.

View Dashboard. The Dashboard is your landing page in Canvas. Depending on your institution, your Dashboard may default to one of three views: Card View, List View, or Recent Activity View. Card View: displays course cards for quick access to all your favorite courses (the same courses display in the Courses link from the Global Navigation Menu)
Rockwood Online is using Canvas to help bring the classroom into the homes of families this fall. More than 250 Rockwood teachers and staff members worked during the summer to build a robust online curriculum that all district students will access through the Canvas learning management system.
Once in Canvas, they will click on their account (circle with silhouette or photo) and click QR for Mobile Login. This will generate a QR code that is valid for 10 minutes. The parent can scan the QR code from their Canvas Parent app.
