They offered to defer one month for now with no fees but still charge interest. If things are still bad, I can try this again each month until things are better. Also try calling during off peak hours.

Capital One falsely told The New York Times that they are allowing for the skipping of payments -- Capital One claims to offer a COVID-19-related extension, but even then, doesn’t let you reach even customer service representatives to make that possible.
