We understand that there may be instances where customers find themselves facing financial difficulties.
I literally just got off the phone with Capital One. They have a hardship program. My monthly payment is now a minimum of 79$ a month until the balance is paid. My card is cancelled and no more interest is accuring on my account.

Some types of assistance available could include lowered interest rates, debt settlement, repayment plans, and more.
