I'm having a problem with a car rental company where they charged me for an LDW that I declined. Chase Bank just upheld the chargeback in favor of the merchant. The company is Mex Rent a Car at San Diego International Airport in San Diego, CA.

Since my EV charging was installed after I submitted paperwork to tesla, they didn't include it in the powerwall backup. The EV charging breaker is still in the main panel, while the rest of the house is in the sub panel.

San Diego has a lot of EV chargers. There's just one small problem: There are a lot of recently purchased non-Tesla EVs on the road. I recently moved to San Diego, and moved into an apartment that doesn't have chargers available.
We have now filed 3 complaints on BBB and NONE of them show up on their site. When I filed out a scam report-because this IS definitely a scam-BBB just emailed me back and said to just file another complaint. Apparently they aren't willing to look into the damages they are causing by their A rating of Mission.
