The 6th Edition of the Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) is effective from 1 January 2019 and supersedes all previous editions of the MVS that have been issued by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (Board).
Valuation Report - a written document of a valuation. A Valuation Report must conform to the requirements of MVS 8 (Valuation Reports). A Valuation Report given in a manner different from a full report must conform to the requirements of MVS 13 (Update Valuations).
