Cast control spells that have no effect on a successful saving throw. Grease, pyrotechnics, hypnotic pattern, stinking cloud ... I think it gets a little more miles with a Divine soul sorcerer... But as stated, anything save or suck or ones that have lees effects when saves like vitriolic sphere.
