Hope Animal Rescue is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs in North Carolina. We promote the compassionate and humane treatment of all animals while focusing our efforts on homeless and at-risk pets.
Halfway There Rescue covers North and South Carolina, but we primarily pull puppies and dogs from shelters in Mecklenburg, York, Lancaster, and Chester counties. Halfway There Rescue works directly with shelters and animal control centers in these areas to pull dogs and cats before they are euthanized.
