3 Μαΐ 2017 · Go into the steam library folder and find the 'Cat Goes Fishing' program folder. In there is a file called options.ini. I was able to fix my black screen issue by changing AlternateSyncMethod=0 to AlternateSyncMethod=1 and SleepMargin=1 to SleepMargin=0. Your milage may vary. I can confirm this works. Thank you sir.
