The Cat's Voice WV is a non-profit rescue dedicated to helping abandoned and homeless cats in the Eastern Panhandle of WV through TNR, fostering and adoption.

This includes the kittens/cats being spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, wormed, current on flea prevention, and Felv/FIV tested ( all negative for both ). So come on down and see us!! We are open Monday through Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, and Fridays 8:30 am- 12:00 pm. We hope to see you soon!!

29 Μαΐ 2017 · Unique cat cafe opens in Berkeley Springs. Give Purrs A Chance Cat Cafe, the first cat cafe in West Virginia, will open May 12 in Berkeley Springs. The cat adoption center will have up to 40 cats running free in the large Victorian house.
