C12 ACERT High Performance. Cat® C12 ACERT Diesel Marine Propulsion Engines, with ratings of 669-715 mhp (660-705 bhp) at 2300 rpm, meet IMO II emission standards. The C12 takes full advantage of the electronically controlled unit injection fuel system, resulting in an environmentally friendly engine with outstanding performance and fuel economy.
Marine Engine 3208 157-324 bkW/210-435 bhp 2800 rpm Power produced at the flywheel will be within standard tolerances up to 50° C (122° F) combustion air temperature measured at the air cleaner inlet, and fuel temperature up to 52° C (125° F) measured at the fuel filter base. Power rated in accordance with NMMA procedure as crankshaft power.
26 Οκτ 2021 · FFEATURES AND BENEFITS. U.S. EPA Tier 3 certified. IMO II and IMO III switchable. Utilizes factory certified SCR system for IMO III. Improved core engine to enable high power density. Advanced Unit Injection Fuel System enables reduced noise at low speeds.
5 Μαρ 2021 · Electronically controlled engines are set at the factory at the advertised power corrected to standard ambient conditions. The published fuel consumption rates are in accordance with ISO3046-1. Fuel rates are based on fuel oil of 35° API [16°C (60°F)] gravity having an LHV of 42 780 kJ/kg (18,390 Btu/lb)
The engine features a common rail fuel system enabling optimum combustion and low emissions. The engines provide noticeably quiet operation due to reduced combustion noise through advanced electronic control. Additionally, no visible smoke is emitted from the C7.1 engines during operation.
