After reading the reviews I finally found, it made me livid! What they are doing to consumers is wrong! CAVCO will honor their word…. Quality in construction and affordable sustainable homes that are energy efficient. This is what they advertise, but it was not applied when they built this home.

They were very recently acquired by Cavco, one of the big three manufactured home builders in the US (along with Clayton and Skyline Champion). Cavco also owns the Fleetwood, Palm Harbor (purchased in 2011) and Nationwide brands.

We have had issues with rainwater coming down our Venta hood on top of the stove since we bought it new from Sealy Texas retail. We had them out here twice to find the problem. no luck... we place a pan on top of the stove before rain comes.
