Our RV Park and Tent Campground is nestled in the heart of a working ranch. There are forty-eight sites complete with good water and electricity; several of which are pull-through. Due to the presence of the cavern, a dump station is not available; however we do have clean restrooms with showers.

23 Οκτ 2017 · This is a small campground that is located at a privately owned, amazing cavern. There are a full pull-thru spots in a gravel parking lot. We had 30/50 power and water only.
Sonora is famous for its “living” calcite caverns, and the Caverns of Sonora RV Park and Tent Campground is the perfect stepping-off point to visit the Crystal Palace or the Devil’s Pit. The caverns are well off the main highway so this private, on-site campground is an excellent convenience.
The RV park is inexpensive ($25/nt) and made for a great place to be able to go right to the cave when it opened. The people are quintessential west Texas! The guide was very knowledgeable about the cavern and it’s history.

Caverns of Sonora Campground in Sonora Texas provides partial hookup RV and primitive tent camping on a working ranch adjacent to underground caverns. 7 miles off I90 Exit 392 via a paved road the RV sites are situated in a “parking lot” setting that can accommodate most any sized RV.
