The standard format of a posting number (e.g. DR1234567890C) includes: Suffix, i.e. the type of sender’s code (e.g. C) or the ISO code of the country of origin (e.g. GB for Great Britain and Northern Ireland). Consignments posted abroad may come with a different format of code, specific to the country of origin.
