Employees must claim their account from ramid.ccsf.edu by answering three security questions: Employee ID, Last Name, DOB For Email Username Format – First name + “.” + last name.
For Faculty and Staff, your RAM ID is typically your first initial followed by last name, the same as your email name. RAM ID will allow you to login to the following systems: myRAM Portal
The username is typically the student's first initial and last name, and the email address is username@mail.ccsf.edu. If students have issues accessing their account, their username and initial password can be found by logging into the college's Web4 system using their CCSF ID number and date of birth.
RAM ID is CCSF’s password management service. RAM ID will help eliminate the need for individual passwords to each of the services listed below. You will be able to directly login to your resources with a simple click within the Resources Portal.
