Connect to the Zoom Virtual Counter on the Student Affairs page (in the right sidebar). Note: You can click on the myCCSF Login Portal (RAM ID) button at top of page to access the RAM ID Portal. The Faculty and Staff resources will be moving to a new location on the CCSF Intranet in the near future.
Students who do not remember their PIN should fill in the User ID and then click on the icon labeled and answer their question. If you do not remember your answer or have a question please E-Mail helpdesk@ccsf.edu

To find this user name, Login to Web4, go to the "Student Services & Financial Aid" tab, and scroll down to the "Student CCSFmail" link near the bottom of the page. Then click on "CCSFmail info". If you need help determining your login name, ask an ACRC staff member.
