Most recently, protocols were updated to require all travelers - both fully vaccinated and unvaccinated (as well as children ages 2-11) - to obtain a negative COVID-19 test (either a Rapid Antigen Test or PCR Test), taken no more than five (5) days prior to the date of arrival in The Bahamas.
5 Ιαν 2022 · NASSAU, Bahamas, 5 January 2022– The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation has taken note of the updated travel advisory issued from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) revising its travel recommendation for The Bahamas from a Level 2 to a Level 3 destination.

1 Μαΐ 2023 · CDC created a similar map for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Efforts are under way to create interactive maps for the online version of CDC Yellow Book that will elucidate the geographic health risks associated with international travel, beyond malaria and yellow fever.
2 Μαΐ 2021 · Effective May 1, 2021, international visitors travelling to The Bahamas from other countries who are fully vaccinated and have passed the two-week immunity period will be exempt from testing requirements for entry and inter-island travel.
12 Ιαν 2021 · All persons travelling to The Bahamas, and those travelling inter-island from Nassau & Paradise Island or Grand Bahama Island, must obtain a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR (swab) test taken no more than five (5) days prior to the date of arrival.
