  7. been taking CDP choline for 3-4 years. I never exceed 250mg and most days I take about 100-200mg with about 2.4g-3.2g of piracetam. CDP choline is good for ADHD symptoms in low doses if I take too much i get muscle twitches and brain fog. its really good for memory and energy too.
